Main Street Travel Co. was founded by Jana Smith who began her travel career right out of high school in 1993. As a graduate of Ambassador School of Travel, the travel industry and traveling on her own became a passion for Jana.
After a long break from the industry, a marriage and 2 kids , Jana relaunched her career as a travel agent with a host agency. Using multiple websites and on site familiarization trips, booking multiple destinations, and traveling with her own family, Jana refreshed her education and started a successful career in booking many trips for friends, family, and new clients. After a less than stellar experience with her host agency, Jana realized that the industry needed an agency who respected and truly cared for the needs of the clients and their vacations, thus Main Street Travel Co. was born!
Jana has completed several specialist courses including the College of Disney Knowledge, webinars for Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, and courses focused on specific cruise lines and destinations such as Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Sandals, and many others.
Continuing education is key to providing up to date knowledge and top notch service to clients. The Cruise Lines International Association’s (CLIA) designation requires agencies to study and pass courses related to the industry and its standards. All Main Street Travel Agents are CLIA card holders and participate in the education provided.

Born in South Carolina, Manly was raised with a love of beaches. Now a Mom of two she continues the tradition of summers on the coast and big family vacations to Disney World. She joined Main Street Travel after years of helping family and friends plan their Disney Vacations. As a parent of two small children she knows the ins and outs of traveling with kids as well as the pleasures of an escape for adults only.

Sheila Schutzenhofer

Sheila grew up experiencing frequent vacations with her family. Her parents believed seeing the world and the country we live in was a great educational experience for Sheila. Hence, her love of travel was born. Sheila has been all over our great country with her frequent family vacations, including trips to Disneyland and Disneyworld and many other great destinations, and has also been to Jamaica. Since having her daughter in 1999, she discovered a love of Disneyworld and everything Disney. She has visited Disneyworld frequently since then, and has vowed to take her daughter to every Disney owned park and on every vacation experience they have to offer. She also wants to explore other parts of this vast world we live in.
After joining Main Street Travel Co., Sheila immersed herself in training. She has since graduated from Disney's College of Knowledge, and has taken many additional courses offered through Disney Travel. She has also completed training with Universal Studios, Carnival Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean International, is a Chile Vacation Specialist, and has also recently completed a course for the Cruise Line Industry Association.

Andrea Hess

Andrea Hess began her travel career soon out high school in 1993. She attended and graduated from Ambassador School of Travel. Andrea has worked for a few agencies trying to find a good fit for her enthusiasm for travel. She took a break from her travel career to have her two daughters. After coming to Main Street Travel, she has revived her true passion for travel. Andrea and her family love to travel and do so regularly. She is married and has two wonderful girls.
Andrea has used multiple websites to book multiple destinations. Traveling with her own family has guided her to find the true meaning of travel, ENJOYMENT FOR ALL! Her favorite of all destinations is Orlando, but she loves visiting the beaches and mountains. Andrea has completed the College of Disney Knowledge, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, and Adventures by Disney. She has also completed training with Universal Studios. I was born and raised in Monterey County, CA. Have gone to Disneyland every year since I could walk. Not only did we take Disney vacations, but as a child, my family traveled cross country, starting out in a van and eventually graduated to traveling in an RV to visit family and friends. We went from CA to Washington DC, Florida, Tennessee, South Dakota, Washington State, and many other places through the years. After working for my father at A & W Restaurant, I decided to marry and start a family. I have a wonderful supportive husband and 3 beautiful children and am passing on my love of Disney to them. I have been looking for a rewarding career and, until now, hadn't found what I was looking for. I am so pleased to be working with everyone here at Main Street Travel Co., and can't wait to make Disney Vacation Dreams come true!

Mike Hamilton

Mike was born in Rochester, NY, and lived in Henrietta, a suburb of Rochester, until he moved to Arizona in Nov 2005. As a child he watched Disney on ABC every Sunday with his mother and brother, and made several trips to Walt Disney World, and even Disneyland once. As a grown up his love of Disney really grew in 2002 when he took his girlfriend to Walt Disney World staying at Old Key West on rented Disney Vacation Club (DVC) points. On this trip Mike proposed in the front drivers compartment of the Monorail, and then he and his new fiancé decided to buy into DVC after they took the preview tour they had previously scheduled for the next day.
Since getting married and taking their honeymoon at Disney's Villas at Wilderness Lodge for their first use of their DVC points they have been nearly yearly to Walt Disney World. Mike and Kelly took their 6 month old son from NY to Disneyland in November 2005 in order to see the celebrations for the 50th Anniversary of Disneyland. Soon after, they moved to Arizona for Mike to take a job offered to him by friends. They have a daughter as well, who was born in December of 2006. Since living in Arizona they make several trips a year to Disneyland and are Annual Passholders there. Their nearly 4 year son and 2 year old daughter have taken a combined 16 trips to Disneyland or Walt Disney World between them. And both have had their first hair cuts at the Barber Shop on Main Street at Walt Disney World.
Mike has completed the College of Disney Knowledge, webinars for Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, and Adventures by Disney. And from his more frequent visits to Disneyland than Walt Disney World in the past few years is more focused on Disneyland and can give you great advice when planning a trip to Disneyland and Southern CA area.
Mike is also big Disney Podcast Fan and that lead him to getting to meet Jana, the founder of Main Street Travel Co, in Nov 2005 as he was driving his car from NY to AZ during his move, and being interviewed about his family's recent Disneyland trip. He also runs the Disney Podcast Directory (at http:/www.disneypodcastdirectory.net ) to help others find the many Disney podcasts out there on the internet.
