I wanted to take the time to Thank You for helping me plan 2 very amazing trips. Let me start with my family vacation to Disney World. Going to Disney World can be very overwhelming but with your extensive knowledge of the parks it was effortless when we were there. The detailed itinerary was amazing and kept us from waiting in longs lines on what is one of the busiest times of year at Disney (Thanksgiving weekend). I also want to thank you for all the little extras that were not expected but very much appreciated!
Now onto Jamaica...When I was thinking of a place to travel over the summer and called you with my ideas you listened to me and then showed me options that I never ever thought I could afford. I was able to take a DREAM vacation to Sandals Grande Ocho Rios. Again you took care of everything and provided me with unbelievable service. All I had to do was show up and the rest was taken care of. We were treated like royalty at Sandals and I look forward to planning many more vacations with you!!
I have and will always recommend Main Street Travel as the BEST travel agency I have ever worked with.
Thank you for all your hard work and for saving me hundreds of dollars. I am a single mom and without your help vacations like these just wouldn't be possible!
Loves and Hugs,
Tina from Tennessee

This spring break vacation was the perfect one for me, because I spent my entire week at Walt Disney World! What better place huh? When I told my friends that I was going, they said "Great! Who are you going with?" I replied, "I'm going by myself!" It still puzzles me the looks and reactions I got after I said that.  But anyway, I made the 8 hour trip there, and I was happy as each hour brought me closer to the place where "Dreams Come True!" I stayed at the All Star Music Resort- at the Rock Inn.  I was so impressed at the beauty of each themed resort.  Fun is everywhere when you go to Disney!  I always begin my visit at Magic Kingdom and once I walked through the doors, I thought "I can't believe I'm here again!" The rest of my week I spent time at the other parks, taking pictures and while waiting in lines, chatting with folks from England, Canada, Japan, Germany or sometimes just a few miles away. Traveling to Disney alone is something I would definitely do again, because there is so much you miss when you are with other people and I want to relish in the details of each park.  Sometimes when you are with other people, they might "like" Disney, but not "love" it like I do, and wildly waving or screaming when I see Mickey or the other characters is something I have to stifle a bit so they won't look at me like I'm crazy! But at my visit to Epcot, I met an online Disney friend with whom I spent the entire day with, stalking characters riding rides and talking about what else? Characters! Her faves are Chip and Dale!

So if you ever think you can't imagine going to Disney by yourself, think again! It was so enjoyable, unhindered, and relaxing.  Try it!

I recently took a 7-day Carnival Cruise booked with Manly Summerfield of Main Street Travel. I had never used a travel agent before, and it was quite an easy and enjoyable process.

The cruise was on the Carnival Triumph, from Miami to the Eastern Caribbean. The Triumph is the largest ship I've cruised on so far. We had a balcony room on the Verandah deck, one deck below the Lido, which is where the pools, buffet, and many activities are held. Our location was quite convenient, as it was nice to only walk one floor up for meals when we ate at the buffet. We took part in many of the of the on-board activities, such as trivia contests and comedy shows, but there is a lot more to choose from, depending on your interests. Each day you receive a Carnival Capers which lists all the goings-on, including games, shows, and mealtimes. You are welcome to take part in as much- or as little- as you like.

Our ports were San Juan, Puerto Rico; St. Thomas, USVI; and St. Maarten, NA. Our stop in San Juan was an an evening call, so we took a night walking tour, which was interesting, and we got to see more old the city than we would have if we'd ventured out on our own. In St. Thomas, we did a catamaran sail to St. John for some snorkeling, and also rode the Sky Ride to Paradise Point at sunset. In St. Maarten, we opted for an island tour that combined a bus tour with a boat ride along the coast. I ordered crepes from a cafe in Marigot, the capital of the French side of the island, which were delicious.

I would recommend a cruise to anyone who enjoys a mixture of fun activities and relaxation, as there will be plenty of time for both. It can also be a great way to visit several locations in one trip, and only having to unpack once. I see people cruising of all ages, and everyone from solo travelers to huge family groups. It's one of the most versatile travel options available
